If you have finished your second year of the higher diploma program and wish to start the third year in Jan 2026, please fill out the form attached to this email. You must complete this form even if you are still waiting for your results.
Failure to complete the form will prevent you from starting the third year in January 2026, even if you have successfully completed the higher diploma program.
Additionally, you cannot apply for the third year without completing any repeat subjects from your first and second years.
Please fill out the form on or before 12.00 noon on the 25th of October 2025 (Saturday).
Late forms won’t be accepted.
