Notice – Submission of Vaccination Details
Important:
Please note that Vaccination is compulsory to attend the on-campus activities. If you have not submitted the vaccination details (Please refer the attachment) it is compulsory to bring a photocopy of the vaccination card.
Unvaccinated/partially vaccinated (who are more than 20 years of age) (one dose) individuals have the following options:
1. Provide a PCR/RAT report at 3-day intervals
or
2. Obtain a letter from Colombo-03 MoH / your respective area MOH certifying that you are allowed to enter SLIIT Academy without vaccination.
You may choose one of the above options to gain access to SLIIT Academy for on-campus academic activities. The above process is established as per the guidelines issued by Director General of Health Services.
